If quote request is for more than one component, you will want to use a separate E-Request Form for each die cast part.

CWM offers 4-slide Miniature Die Castings in Zinc alloys No. 2, 3, 5, 7 and ZA-8. All Zn and ZA-8 miniature die casting dies are guaranteed for the life of the project.

Before submitting your quotation request, you may wish to review items with MDC Sales-Engineering. Email mdcsales@cwmtl.com or phone 630-595-4424 and ask for Miniature Die Cast Sales.

ZIP-compression Requirement for Drawing File Attachments: A 3D CAD and a 2D Drawing file are required for a CWM die casting quote. Note that these files are required to be ZIP compressed prior to attachment to this E-RFQ form.

File Size Note: If your combined 3D and 2D file sizes approach 25 MB, please phone the CWM Sales Dept. (Tel: 630-595-4424) before preparing your E-RFQ and forwarding files. FTP file transfer is available for larger files as well as for file security.

They can be attached to this E-RFQ if the combined files do not exceed 25 MB. Note: Make sure you ZIP compress your files prior to browsing and attachment.
