I review, enter, expedite and monitor the progress of CWM production orders, assisting in answering any questions that our customers may have regarding their orders at the time of placement and at any time through final delivery and beyond.  If I'm unable to answer a question directly, I will forward the request to the appropriate person who can supply the answer, and personally follow up until the query has been fully answered.  

I joined CWM as the Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant in the QA Department in 1997 and then moved to Sales and Marketing as an Administrative Assistant. Part-time client service responsibilities were later added to my Sales and Marketing duties and in 2000 I became a full-time Client Support Representative.
 
My husband Ray and I have a wonderful daughter, Briana, who is now attending Northern Illinois University. I love to fix things around our house and I enjoy sewing and gardening.

As a Client Support Representative, I review and enter CWM production orders into our system, expediting and monitoring them for each customer. I am available to provide or seek out immediate answers to any customer question that may arise during the production process. Since I joined CWM early in 2010, I have been in continuing cross-training in our various production departments to build my knowledge of our die cast production processing.  

My background covers over 20 years of experience in customer service and I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of meeting the immediate information needs of CWM's customers. 

My husband Larry and I have a daughter, Nikki, in high school and a son, Kyle, in middle school, plus three small dogs. We spend a lot of time during the summer camping at Woodhaven Lakes, in Illinois. I enjoy great friends and love to laugh!

I am involved in each new production project in recommending and expediting the optimum process sequence in regard to all post-casting finishing operations. My charge is to assure that all essential production pre-planning steps have been included to meet the customer's final finishing specifications.

I began my career at CWM in 1976 with a part time role in the shipping department, moving to Supervisor of Shipping and Receiving, then Traffic Manager, Purchasing Manager and later Manager of Process Technologies.

I enjoy golfing as well as getting together with family and friends to celebrate any occasion, or just make them up. I am an addicted landscaper. My wonderful wife Kathleen and I were married in 1987. I answer to many different names: Jed, Big T, UT, Tommy Boy. I enjoy life and going the extra mile to support our customers' objectives.
