His background in aluminum, magnesium and zinc die casting design and production began before he joined the company full-time in 1959. He has served as President of the International Magnesium Association for multiple terms and is a member of the IMA's Executive Committee. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Magnesium Technology, a member of the Board of Directors of the North American Die Casting Association, and Co-chairman of NADCA's National Affairs Committee. He holds a NADCA Distinguished Life Membership Award.

As one of the founding members of the Diecasting Development Council, Walter served as its first Finance Chairman. He is a past President of the American Die Casting Institute and Chairman of the Die Casting Research Foundation. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Prior to his appointment as President and then CEO, he had direct responsibility for management of CWM's Contract Manufacturing division, coordinating with the CWM sales-marketing, engineering, purchasing and assembly departments, and performing key client contact on major CM programs.

Among his client service responsibilities, Eric was charged with empowering Chicago White Metal's customer service team, and facilitating work with all CWM departments to enhance the level of service provided to customers. He was responsible for negotiating supply contracts with key clients and providing support to CWM client representatives in quickly resolving questions in areas of policy, procedures, pricing and delivery.

His background embraces in-depth training in all of the disciplines within CWM, joining the company in 1990. A graduate of the University of Illinois, he holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Graduate Management of Northwestern University. He is a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the North American Die Casting Association and has served as a member of the Board of Governors of NADCA.

He led a dedicated team in the company-wide efforts which achieved ISO 9002:1994 registration for CWM's quality management system. In 1997 Bill again was the team leader in the company's coordinated program to bring about ISO 14001 registration of its environmental management system, a die casting organization first. And when the ISO 9001:2000 certified quality standard was introduced, he was the driving force in CWM's becoming the first custom die caster to achieve this more stringent registration.

An accomplished pianist, with a degree from the American Music Conservatory, Bill enjoys the Chicago musical scene, especially avant garde music and jazz.

Jon supervises all sales activities, managing the CWM force of sales-engineers which serve OEMs from major cities in the U.S., as well as Canada and Mexico. He joined CWM with 24 years of experience in the die casting industry, including 20 years in sales, marketing and engineering for one of the largest custom magnesium die casters in North America. His earlier Al and Zn die casting industry experience was as a die cast Quality Assurance Manager and as a Quality Engineer and Production Supervisor. He is a past American Society of Quality Control certified quality engineer, and a current member of the North American Die Casting Association and the International Magnesium Association, where he has served as a speaker, program chairman, and committee member.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Systems Analysis from Taylor University and a Graduate certificate in Business Administration from the Keller School of Management.

Steve is in charge of overseeing the initial evaluation of all product designs for optimizing the design of die casting tooling for cost-effective production.

As Engineering Director he supervises the work of the project engineering staff, from prototyping and die design through final construction of all CWM die casting dies and trim tools, coordinating the activities of the tool builders.

Joining Chicago White Metal Casting in 1979, Steve brings a deep knowledge of tooling and years of experience to his work. His former position was Manager of the CWM Tool and Die Department.

As Manager of Accounting Services, Judy Rhodes oversees the daily operations of the Accounting Department. She joined the CWM team in 2000 with 14 years of accounting experience. Since 2000 she had worked in accounting, as well as the Human Resources Department for nearly six years. In 2008, she was promoted to Accounting Supervisor, and in 2012, she was promoted to Manager of Accounting Services.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University in Illinois. Judy takes a positive approach to her responsibilities and enthusiastically exemplifies CWM's core values through her hard work and excellent customer service.
